Marmel\u00e1du jsem pou\u017eila bor\u016fvkovou (s jablkem) a na zdoben\u00ed jsem pou\u017eila \u010derstv\u00e9 bor\u016fvky. Kr\u00e9m je lehce slan\u00fd po ricott\u011b, ale d\u00edky vrstv\u011b marmel\u00e1dy to vytv\u00e1\u0159\u00ed velmi p\u0159\u00edjemnou chu\u0165.
